Welcome to 2008
As you can see, things have changed.
The other day I had some technical difficulties with my blog database. The combination of frustration, lack of time, and the impending New Year finally drove me to overhaul this whole blogging enterprise. With the California bar exam menacing on the horizon and the practice of law waiting on the other side, I decided that a new start is appropriate.
My old content still exists and remains available online, but not here.
