Greve, “a noted advocate of conservative constitutional causes.” I haven’t had time to read all of his remarks yet, but they’re both interesting and accessible, probably because they’re a lecture and not a scholarly article, so not burdened with excessive footnotes and such.
My initial position is in disagreement with his, but I’m always open to persuasion.
