Funny but that picture has to be modified.
I don’t think it is. I believe that happened just after the debate ended when McCain made that weird face and stuck out his tongue. Peter and I just looked at each other and asked what that was. I’m sure that was taken at that moment, from the side.
Yup, not modified. Just caught a brief moment when McCain made a goofy face.
