A guy from Reno, Nevada, has filed a lawsuit claiming that the Constitution prohibits women from being President of the United States of America. Looks like the same guy who filed a lawsuit against George W. Bush and Dick Cheney to claim that the war in Iraq is outside the scope of their duties.
Says professor Jonathan Turley, “It’s a fun subject for blogging, but it’s not very compelling on a legal basis.”
I’m not even sure it’s compelling material for blogging.
